Using Affirmations
Affirmations are a very powerful tool that can help you
create anything you want to Be, Do or
Have in your life.
Affirmations can be used to help you follow through
on a creative project. Seeing the finished product
in your mind and believing in its impact and importance
will illuminate the steps and energize you to
take them.
Do you sometimes suffer from your own internal
dialogue? Use affirmations to help you overcome
automatic, repetitive, negative thoughts. Replace
those beliefs with deliberate thinking designed
to help you be more joyful and at ease.
As well, affirmations can be used to help you
overcome fears and phobias, release negative habits
and addictions, alter moods. Affirmations can
be used to help you create a desired outcome in
your personal life, such as finding a new job,
meeting new people, finishing a marathon, or manifesting
a sum of money.
Gratitude
My personal practice begins with several statements
of gratitude for what is. By
putting myself in a state of gratitude, I am uplifted
emotionally and spiritually. It opens my heart
to a more joyful state for visualization and intentional
creation of my life experiences.
Believe
You must truly believe in the power
of the mind to create conscious outcomes in life.
In the past, old way of thinking, it was often
said that "seeing is believing". What
we have learned from ongoing research of the brain
is that the reverse that is actually true: Believing
is Seeing.
Call it The Law of Attraction,
magnetization, mind power. What we now know to
be true is that the mind is a powerful attractor
and creator. Put its power to work for
you by writing your own life story with
deliberate intent. Begin with your thoughts.
Hearing these affirmations, combined with Binaural
Beats and Theta music, repeated several times
over the course of as little as one day will
create a perceptible shift in consciousness.
Don't Worry About HOW
It is important to allow the Universe to work
its magic! Don't worry about HOW the process works,
or exactly WHAT the steps should be. Just focus
on the thing you intend to create,
believe it will come in the perfect
time, see it as already done, and be grateful
for it! And, of course, take the steps along the
way that are clearly yours to take.
Focus on the Desired Feelings
How do you feel and behave when you have the
thing that you want? Happy? Be happy now. Generous?
Be generous now, however you are able. Begin to
cultivate the emotions and actions
that will accompany your creation.
Don't allow stress or frustration to enter in,
ever. Allowing negative emotions to exist in your
practice will only delay the results you are seeking.
Should you notice yourself digressing there, simply
acknowledge the thoughts, smile and release them.
Be gentle with yourself, and return to the thoughts
and beliefs you choose to entertain at this time
in your life.
Be consistent in your practice, believe in yourself
and your personal power, and know that everything
can change in a moment, and always does.
